We have been collecting, enjoying, and dealing with Lego for many years. We are here to expand your collection as well as our own!
All items are sold as-is and are carefully checked to ensure they are as described.
For some parts I do not separate the variations/alternates because there is almost no difference. For example it could happen that you purchase item: 3794 and I sent you item: 3794b. If my inventory is off, I will credit your order for the difference. I will contact you to see how you want me to handle it.
We believe customer service is the most important product we provide and will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with each order!
We have no minimum order! Please note shipping is additional.
Payment & Shipping
I will invoice you once I receive your order. I ask you communicate with me with any issues you may have in regards to your order/payment status as soon as possible.
Product Condition - New parts and minifigures are taken out of the packaging and into my store inventory. New sets are still in factory sealed box unless otherwise stated.
Used Parts - Please read the description for any issues with the part. I will only list used parts that I would want in my own collection. Note that used pieces may have blemishes or minor scratches and chances are they may not be in perfect condition and are priced accordingly.
I do not have a minimum lot per order.
Minifigures that are sold new are removed from the original NEW set and not assembled. I individually bag each minifigure (head, torso, legs) into one polybag. Some minifigures come assembled from LEGO and will ship assembled if that is the case.
PLEASE NOTE: Even new parts can have minor imperfections. I do not sell excessively worn parts. When you order used parts I will send fully intact parts, no cracks, and no chips. There may be scratches, or other minor imperfections, but nothing major.
Returns and Refunds
If there is a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact me. I do not take returns unless there is proof there is an error on our end (we pulled the incorrect parts, colors, or sets). Please review your orders and ensure the parts you add to your cart are those that you intended to order.
I do not refund for lost, stolen, or damaged goods incurred during shipping. I highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance at your cost if you are concerned with any of these issues.
